The Squirrel Hill Hunting Club will hold their 10^th Annual Lifetime Hunt for Kids Golf Outing on July 13^th, 2025, at Champion Lakes Golf Resort.  The fundraiser benefits children with a life-threatening illness.  The documents below contain additional information on how to participate either as a sponsor or as a golfer.  There is contact information in the documents.  There is a deadline to be a sponsor of June 25th.  Please participate if you can.  This group does wonders for the kids.  Thank you.

Dear Friends:
We are asking for your support with our annual Lifetime Hunt for a child with a life-threatening
illness/condition. Through each Lifetime Hunt, we provide an ill child with some respite through
a couple days of hunting. This all-inclusive hunt covers clothing, boots, rifle, optics,
ammunition, license, videographer/photographer, taxidermy, meat processing/packaging,
lodging, and much more. As you might expect, all of this can be very costly and require several
fundraisers each year.

This year we will host our 10th Annual Golf Outing Fundraiser on July 13, 2025 at Champion
Lakes Golf Resort and we need your help. We need players, sponsors, donors, volunteers, or any
combination thereof.

If you want to support by being a golfer, the cost per golfer is a $100 deductible donation, which
includes coffee and donut before your round, greens fees for 18-holes with cart, a hot dog at the
turn, and a dinner buffet. The golf outing format is 4-person scramble best ball. Mulligans will
be available for purchase. There will be prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams and skill prizes
that you can pay to play throughout your round.

If you want to sponsor, there are different levels of sponsorship from a $50 golf cart sign, $100
golf hole sign, beer cart/beer stop sponsor for $500 per sign.

Additionally, you could make a monetary donation towards outing expenses or donate items like
golf balls, towels, tees to be used for goody bags, or even goods or services that can be used for
raffle, goody bags, or basket party. Any of which would place your product in front of all of the
participants and volunteers on the day of the event

Throughout the event, we will take pictures of participants, sponsor signs, and donations among
other things from the day, which we will share on our Facebook.
