The New Florence/St. Clair Township Sanitation Authority holds their regularly scheduled meetings at the New Florence Sewage Authority office at 117 Franklin St., New Florence, PA 15944 at 6:30 pm on the first Thursday of every month.  The meetings are open to the public.  Any changes to the schedule are published in the Johnstown Tribune Democrat newspaper.
