The New Florence/St. Clair Township Sanitation Authority meetings are open to the public.  Any changes to the schedule are published in the Johnstown Tribune Democrat newspaper.

In April of 2023 Jim Moore, borough council President, was provided a series of documents from the New Florence/St. Clair Sanitary Authority associated with the creation of this organization.  The documents are Bylaws of New Florence – St. Clair Township Sanitary Authority, Resolution to Create New Florence – St. Clair Township Sanitary Authority 28 September 2000, and Articles of Incorporation New Florence – St. Clair Township Sanitary Authority.  These are apparently final draft documents.  If the original executed, signed documents can be obtain then they will be posted.
