New Florence Community Library Book Discussion

Join us for a local book discussion on René Chartrand’s
“Tomahawk and Musket: French and Indian Raids in the Ohio Valley 1758”.
Featuring events that happened at Fort Ligonier and in the surrounding countryside, Chartrand tells the complete story of the ambitious raids and counter-raids between the French and British forces, including giving in-depth detail on the forces, terrain, and tactics.
This program is funded in part by a grant from the Ligonier Valley Education Trust. Copies of the book may be reserved at registration.
The first 20 participants who register, read the book, and attend the discussion will receive a free ticket to a group tour of Fort Ligonier.
Pre-Registration is REQUIRED.
For details and to sign-up, please visit or call New Florence Community Library at 724-235-2249.
