The borough council meets monthly on the third Tuesday of each month at the borough building located at 119 Franklin Street in New Florence.  In past years council meetings were at 7 p.m.  However, starting with the 21 January 2020 borough council meeting the new starting time will 6:30 p.m.  The meetings are open to the public and all are encouraged to attend.

Because of the COVID-19 pandemic the borough meeting will be held in the basement on the old yellow school building across the street.  Social distancing and masks will be required.
